The Scotsman MF36 is a modular flake ice machine (also called a flaker) designed for commercial use. It produces soft, moist flake ice with about 25% residual water content, which is ideal for applications like food processing, display cases, hospitals, laboratories, therapy, or seafood handling because the ice molds well and melts slowly.
